Refund Policy

1. GENERAL POLICY

At SMMLY, we strive to deliver all orders

successfully. However, we understand that

issues may occasionally arise.

2. ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

You are eligible for a refund if:

- Your order was not started within 24 hours

of payment

- Your order failed completely (0 delivered)

- You were charged incorrectly

3. NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

Refunds will NOT be given if:

- The order was delivered fully or partially

- Your social media account was private

at the time of order

- You provided an incorrect link

- The followers/likes dropped after delivery

(this is normal for some services)

- You simply changed your mind

4. PARTIAL REFUND

If your order was partially completed, you

will receive a partial refund for the

undelivered portion only.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

- Open a support ticket on smmly.org/support

- Provide your order ID and reason

- Refunds are reviewed within 24-48 hours

- Approved refunds are added to your

account balance

6. REFUND METHOD

All refunds are credited back to your

SMMLY account balance. We do not refund

to original payment methods.
